Just Another Fake Card Thread

Please don't tell me someone from here is bidding on this card below, it's a fake and it's the 5th one I have seen this year. I think we need to start an official fake card thread because it's becoming a common practice and it's about time we expose these sellers.

Sent a message to the seller asking for either a bigger picture or scan with more detail and this was the response.

Sorry about the picture, but that the largest picture my scanner will produce.....I pulled this card from a pack and its been in my collection in hard plastic..
