As if. Apart from 1 OCT member that thinks keeping #001 is common practice, Its absolutely unheard of (except from Grant Copley- Super collector)

They are not allowed to withold numbered cards unless they state it on their release.

i rang them to ask about replacing two damaged inserts i have and posed the question, basically they werent the only bidders for the license and the nrl tried to basically do the card license deal like what their doing with the tv deal. and select just pulled out and let esp have it.

but if esp are a flop which to me they are heading completely in that direction. then select might come back and take the license.

Whats the cost of a box? I think I'll pick up a box or two just by virtue of it being their first release and I'm curious to see how they look in hand.

Again, I'll only be chasing the base and Titans.

Hmm, interesting!

If ESP were to go bankrupt or whatever ... I still think it'd be a surprise if the NRL let Select have the licence at Select's old rate. They wouldn't want to admit they made an error going with ESP.

Select's first release back in 2000 hardly set the world on fire either ... I'm sure we'll see an improvement next year. Might as well enjoy this year though, we've been spoiled with one of the best Select releases in recent memory, and an ESP release that finally has a bit of what collectors have been asking for, and shows a lot of promise!

Don't waste your money Mick, buy one or two packs first buddy, have a look first, two packs should last you 4 weeks.

I wouldnt bother, It will be a struggle to get your money back let alone turn a profit.

Ironic because ESP was emphasising that they wanted to crack down on case searching which is why they would like to phase out all the singles sellers online.....
