I am not really keen on buying cards on Ebay lately due to a couple of lost mails and a couple I suspected they didnt send my cards at all.

Here's the latest incident: Hill 07 SP GU
I paid (paypal) for this item soon after I hit the BIN. 16 days later (yesterday) I sent the seller an e-mail telling him that I still havent receive this card. His reply was "how did u pay for this card. I don't see record of payment. but I can double check."

Honestly, I cant believe he cant see that I paid him already. This guy is not a newbie. I guess I'll have to go thru another painful experience with this one. :(
 
Ouch - Sorry to read that Al !

It is pretty obvious when you pay - They get an e-mail so no doubt he is Full of sh*t !!!

Bugger Alf, hope you still get it mate!

But I'd be tellin him you'll Chargeback his ass if he don't come good with the card!

Man, there seems to be a few of us having some problems with Long-time US sellers. Hope it comes.

In your reply, how about pasting the contents of your paypal payment???

i guess look at the bright side, its only 6 bucks + postage. but a paypal claim is the way to go, as both you and he have receipts as well as paypal records to prove you paid. if he wants to lie, you cant do much but neg + claim.
 
That is crap, it really is...

Neg him even if it turns up, 2 weeks + and not even posted, neg him even if it gets delivery by a giant Panda wearing a toupe and a yellow jumpsuit on Pegasus... although if that happens, film it cos i wanna see it.
 
i feel your pain brother! that sucks big time:mad: at least you got a reply- im still waiting on 2x kenyon martin RC jsys i won for $4us each over 3 months ago, i sent a friendly e-mail asking if he recieved my money order and if the cards had been posted and no reply, trying again a week later with a worried e-mail asking the same stuff and no reply, i then sent a 3rd e-mail stating that if i didn't at least give me a reply i will be leaving negative feedback hoping he would at least freak out a little and send me something back but you guessed it- NO REPLY:mad:
the thing that ticks me off with this is the money order + postage/incl insurance costed me over double want the cards cost me, i reckon he hasn't sent em at all coz i won the cards less then what he hoped for and he's just ignoring me hoping i'll go away....
same deal as you mate- he's not a newbie and he hasn't had any listings for over a month so im guessing he's a little fed up off loading cards that are going less then what he wanted
at least you are able to get your money back through paypal if your card doesn't arrive, hit him up for a refund and tell him how you think, i know i am;)

Leroy if you paid with money order, you should be able to trace whether it has been cashed in.

Alf, that sux, i'd be lodging a paypal claim to cover your ass, then if they arrive pull out...and what a wanker, you get an email everytime someone sends you money thru paypal, i hate dickheads!! :(
 
i paid 4 an item via int money order (express) 2 weeks ago and sent the guy an email 3 or 4 days ago asking if he has recieved but no reply so yesterday checked the status of the m.order and it shows he has recieved so just sent another email 2 him stating i know he has got it , just a tad worried seeing this item cost me around $60 u.s

really? don't want to ask a stupid question but how do i trace whether it has been cashed in? i guess it doesn't really matter-im tipping it has after 3 months and theres not a thing i can do now, im still hoping its held up in customs or something, they've been opening up a few of my packages lately from the US and Asia, they must think patches and jsys in the cards are drugs or something......
 
I got this reply today from the seller, It sounds good to me :-)

I did respond to this in the past. It wasnt until right now that I researched further and found that you already paid for this item through PayPal. Normally we get an email that notified us of payment. For some reason, I never received one for your item.

Please respond so that I know you got this email. I will mail your card right out AND because of the inconvenience, we'll also send you a refund. Just tell us if you'd like it PayPal or mailed with the card.

I can believe what he was saying about not getting a payment notification e-mail but he can actually see in his sold items if the item has been paid for already. Anyway, see if he will do what he said.
