Ebay sellers Beware: this guy is a con artist.

Got this email back today from customer support:

Hi Carl,



Thanks for letting us know about this member, gatorman78.

We will investigate further on this report and if we find any violations he committed, then we will take appropriate actions depending on how severe his violations are. Please understand that any outcome of the investigation will be kept confidential.



We take reports of unauthorized activity on members' accounts very seriously. Thanks again for taking the time to bring this to our attention and helping us keep eBay a safe place to buy and sell.

They will do something about this account when they get enough complaints from members... but this person will just sign up under a different email address and do this all over again... there's nothing eBay will do about that... he will get his way if he is determined to be a menace.
