I think the latest rlpa card doubling in price just about sums up select. They don't care one bit about collectors or rugby league cards. They are just out for quick money grabs. I can't wait for the esp product and hope it is so good and well collected so select never get the licence back.

Well not to much was actually said but i will give 10/10 to Select for taking the time to actually talk to collectors. About bloody time.

Shows how clueless they are. They don't even have any ideas of the value of their own products. If it was $80 I probably would have got one but hodkinson at $100 not going to bite.

whilst I do not agree with Select bashing, as I said above I was doing a little stirring there today.
What annoyed me most was the answers given were very much just toeing the party line.

sounded like they have alot of confidential clauses in thier contracts with the AFL/NRL/players signings.
