how do i receive payments on paypal what account do u need a business or a premier lol?

Unless your selling tonnes of cards and running an online business just use a personal premier account.
When you sign up, the email address you sign up with is what you give to people and they will send payment to that address.
Same when buying, you will log in to paypal and send payments to the email the seller gives to you.
