More likely he was just opening an entire case.
I don't think accusations of case searching should be thrown around lightly.

Good to see this going ahead, after it wasn't, then it was, then it wasn't ever, but it is now

Instead of having one member doing a cost price case share, im trying to involve more sellers at a point where they can still make a little bit of money.
The way that Warren has done it is that he is selling boxes from two cases. Its almost exactly like a case share. Except its not cost price and he is capping how many he is doing.
Now another seller can come in and offer boxes as well and they arent under any obligation to offer the same price. They can set the price however they like and theres no obligation to offer at cost price for a product thats obviously desirable.
And you guys then get to know that theres a few trustworthy dealers on this forum and can then buy in confidence from a number of dealers.

Yeah it all sounds great to me but can we please here from the next seller I missed out as they went so quick!
I never like the case shares just because they were done at cost....I like them because we all knew SOMEONE was going to get the case hit and it was exciting seeing each bust and waiting to see who got the big hits.You don't, that's just it!
A Lot of Sellers on eBay buy a Case bust boxes until they hot the Case Hit and then sell the rest of the boxes off without the buyers realising what they hav done.
Trusted sellers don't do this but who to trust and who not to trust is only usually known from personal experience.
I thought a new sponsor / member Footy Cards was going to do box sales on OCT as well? I have messaged them on FB asking that question but if anyone is looking for boxes he is preselling his boxes thru his website for $164.95. If no other sellers other than redtorana are going to assist members then try thru there.
Ok, so I have had a busy morning ringing around various places to find other authorised resellers who can sell stock to us here and here is what I have found out so far.
1. Footy Cards
Initially indicated they would sell the boxes and cases only thru their website. Box price of $164.95 and case price of $1995. I rang back to ask the company reconsider that idea and explained the value to members in box sales so members can watch each others live breaks. They will consider this and post something on OCT very soon with options for members.
2. GoldCoastCards
Rang Glenn to see if he was doing box sales on OCT. Bought Glenn up to speed with the new post by Graham on authorised sellers in a thread for them etc. Glenn is going to check his allocation for this next release and will hopefully post something soon on OCT.
Hopefully one of these business will come to the party and service the needs of NRL collectors on OCT.
