I opened some more cards today that were waiting for me. Packed in a standard envelope with no cardboard or top loader. Let me know what you think of the condition. Have sent a message and will wait to see where the response is headed before I give out the name.

It was on Ebay. Too add injury to insult I think he was bidding on them himself as well. I bidded on them in a rush on the way to a meeting

Nothing worse than buying from ebay and the seller fails to adequately stiffen up the package and even though they mark 'do not fold' on the envelope it's like a red rag to a bull when someone from Australia Post spots the message.
I have bought items where the seller has placed it in a A4 envelope and the cards in a Ultrapro 9 card sleeve but the postie can't help himself and has to fold it to fit in the post box leaving the centre 3 cards with a big curve on them.
Going by the cornering on the cards in your photos I would suggest that they were there when the item was sent and the Clyde card was probably already creased as well, file a claim with pay pal.

It all depends on what condition they were descibed as, If the discription and photos don't match you should get a refund.
If things don't work out, let us know, maybe we could all send a message to the seller to wake them up and jam there mail box at the same time.

They are atrocious mate; Was the seller for these tradingcardking1?

If so I sent him a message about these because I am chasing the Walters? If you don't mind me asking what did you pay? If it is the same seller I mentioned above I thought they were a bit overpriced to begin with. I hope you get a full refund

Box busting resellers don't care for condition. We (collectors) do buy at risk from the bay when dealing with such people. It's a mongrel act to pack a naked collectible in a white envelope. There's nothing I hate more than paying $4.00+ for postage and it arrives raw in a workplace, postage-paid, white business envelope. I feel your pain...

Yep I would agree with everyone else check the description again, if they havent listed the damage, you can lodge a dispute with both paypal and ebay :)

Cheers Shell :)

Had a good read through the description today. One card from the damaged four mentioned minor cornering and that was it. Should have read before bidding but doesnt excuse the condition. I wouldnt call any of it minor. He hadnt got back to me so I sent him another message today and he replied he is trying to resolve it. Sound like bulls*#t to me. I did pay by PayPal. It wasnt tracking card king and They worked out to be about $13 each.

You ended up with crap cards and paid way overs for them, I pull up around $9 a card except for....

These days if I'm buying something from a seller I'm not sure about, I message them asking them if they will send the card in a toploader, and offer a few extra bucks ... if they say no, basically.

That's bad luck on those Top Tens though. :(
