Biting incident

Anyone just see the biting incident involving a Cronulla Toyota Cup player.

One of the worst cases I've seen. Should be rubbed out for the season.

Player tackled and latched onto the tacklers arm like a leech. He must have forgotten the game was being televised. Heard ref say that he could see four indentations on the tacklers arm.

Just seen it too - makes me wonder why he didn't send him off if the complaint was immediate and the ref saw the bite marks...

Maybe they have to see the incident take place before sending someone off? If they only see the results of the once the incident is over, that may not be enough to be sent off.

I just got bitten by a dog 4 weeks ago and spent 6 days in hospital on an antibiotic drip, my surgeon said to me that I was lucky I was bitten by a dog an not a human, he said humans have twice the amount of germs in their mouths than dogs and that 90% of human bites get infected and require hospital treatment due to infection.
