I picked this up for a bargain today. Signed and framed jersey.
The actual jersey is Heritage from the late 90s and i think it was never sold to the public. The buyer won it from a Sharks leagues club Grand final raffle in 98 or 99
Shane will be able to educate me.
Its beautiful :woot:
I do plan on getting it reframed with pics etc.......eventually.

WOW, that is an awesome piece Justin. I know Matty is a real family man and if he didn't already have one would love this jersey. I was a fan of Steve and the Sharks back in the 80's and this is probably the nicest Sharks piece I have ever seen. I have always wanted to own a piece with both Steve and Matts sigs on it. Hey if you are ever looking for Kurt Sorenson to sign stuff, let me know, I see him all the time at Burleigh Bears games.

Good stuff. Does matt do anything for the titans. Also can i send you my kurt cards to get sign blade.
 
very nice pick up mate i remember the sharks only wearing that jersey once but it was with the star logo in a semi final against the dragqueens

i believe there is 3 or 5 of them out there
 
thought they were using the star logo for that game my mistake

star logo was used on the club legends jersey need to get one of those mine is being re-done atm new frame new patch

I don't think it was a semi was it? I can only think of the 1999 Prelim Final and you didn't wear that strip then.

Great piece of memorabilia, congrats on the score. Can't wait to see what you come up with for the reframing.

Yeah it wasnt the semi. I will try and find out what game it was.
Because it was from the club, i am having 2nd thoughts on reframing.
Its really rare and it may be better to keep it original.
 
I know the game was at shark park cause i was there and i remember them wearing the old jerseys not sure of the year but for some reason i keep thinking it was a semi

oh and i remember the sharks winning:)
