The Countdown begins!

Well, all 100 cards for 10/11 Contenders Patch RC Auto's Set Chase have been bought/traded for and so I am now waiting for the outstanding cards to come through to complete what is, for me at least, the largest individual Set Chase I have embarked on, so without further ado, here are a few that have come through late last week. I will keep adding to this thread until the final cards are here, then will show all 100 together, cant wait for this to happen.

And I have saved the best til last...

Officially the very last card, so the 100th obtained was #152 Evan Turner Alternative, though card No 99 was not obtained long before that one as I also got the Tiago Splitter Alternative (#194) earlier in the same day (a most productive day I must say).

One more received today, not a bad future prospect at all, taking the outstanding list down to only 3, so only waiting on Evans, Sanders and Splitter SP's, but here was Friday's arrival:

Cheers guys. As is regularly the case with me, there is never just one set being chased at any one time, so now the other sets jump up the list of priority. The next mission is the completion of 11/12 SPA, both the Rookie F/X (need 14/50) & also Home Court Signatures, with the needlist just falling below double digits with only 7 required. They are all big names (like Jordan) though, so this may take me awhile. 09/10 Classics RC Auto's also takes greater priority, with only 5 needed for this one, with most of these being numbered /99 . Also now looking to complete 09/10 Panini Hall of Fame Famed Signatures subset with the on card autos of tonnes of all time greats (minus Jordan) included, and I'm around half way (maybe just over) on what was previously a low priority hunt, though with a /10 Bob Cousy Auto included in this set, 100% success on this one may be a pipedream.

Here are the latest 2 arrivals, leaving only 1 to go! Where are you Tiago? Cant wait to share the full completed set with you, hopefully wont be long, but included in the two pics here is the Evan Turner SP, which is officially the final card purchased to finish off the 100, so it will always hold a bit of sentiment lol.

Sorry about the pic, the Sanders patch looks a whole lot better in the hand.

Thats right!!! The full set is now complete and here it is in its complete form, all 100 Rookie Autos from 10/11 Panini Playoff Contenders.

It was actually quite laughable as to how much room this took up on the floor, so the detail is not great, but since I am indulging myself, here are the 1st 50 and 2nd 50 (SP) with a bit more zoom...

Thanks for looking, and a big thank you to everyone who has assisted with this project, its been well over a year in the making, and the cards have come from so many different sources, but so glad to have the whole thing 100% finished with no outstanding redemptions/auto's. Looks good huh? Now onto the next project, 09/10 Panini HOF Famed Signatures, but that one is a fair way from requiring a countdown. Anyone who can help, please feel free to contact me.
