i have a question... so now when you have a redempition card, you can choose to have a replacement... why.. have they not got the card that you say you can redeem? or do you have to wait for an unknown amount of time which could be years? sounds strange..

If it was damaged you should be right as they usually keep backup cards. They destroy the damaged one and stamp the backup with the same serial number
