Interesting topic... Michael, Magic or Bird? Who do you take??

I'd take Bird - white guy represent! Nah in all seriousness you can't go past Jordan. He is known as the :goat: for a reason.

very tough question, but I'd have to go for Magic. The ultimate playmaker....tough to go past Jordan and I love Bird but I'd still say Magic.

For me Bird doesnt get a look in for me, great player but not as good as the other 2 imo. As 1 single player i'd take MJ but to add to a team probably Magic with Bird sitting rockin his mo with Morrison

People forget that Magic turned around L.A in his first year. He won a championship and the finals MVP AS A ROOKIE!!!

Amazing. I love Bird but it's a toss up between Magic and Jordan. Magic certainly would improve ANY team immediately, whereas Jordan took a while to make his team better.

Man it's tough. At the end of the day I'd have to go with MJ but not because of the scoring, because all 3 can do that. It's what Steve Kerr sad during the video, Jordan's DEFENSE was amazing. Much better defender then the other 2 and defense wins titles so I'd have to go with MJ. Great topic though, would love to see some more discussion in this thread!

LeBron/Durant/Kobe/Dwight 1st quartet to make All-NBA 3 straight years since Barkley/Jordan/Magic/Malone ('88-89 - '90-91).

Which raises the question...who ya got? LeBron/Durant/Kobe/Dwight or Barkley/Jordan/Magic/Malone?

Tough one. Could Barkley/Jordan/Magic/Malone hold Lebron/Durant/Kobe/Dwight to less points? Not too sure about that.
Im on the fence on this one

There's a catch to your pick, after a great career he decides to buy the club and manage it.
Mmmmmmmmm, I'll have Larry thanks guys.
Could take the Bobcats 5 years to get as many wins as Larry got this year in Indy.
With any of them your getting a legend.

Rules have changed, are we playing by 1989 rules or 2012 rules?
Those four old guys would be on the bench teched out by 1/4 time in todays game.
Really your looking at eight guys that can't be stopped, and at least six that can really pass well.

Haha, I like the catch. It certainly makes the decision a bit more difficult. Without any catches included Jordan wins over Magic. Obviously all 3 were awesome, arguably the best all time at their various positions, but there aint none better than The G.O.A.T.

Tough tough call. Who would guard who, as there are a couple of positional differences for starters, but would love to see Charles and Lebron banging down in the post 90's style. Then again I could say the same thing about Malone and Dwight. I give smallest edge to old-timers, just coz they would have a chip on their shoulder about being challenged by the "young pups". Besides, Jordan would not let them lose to a team involving Kobe.

Tough 1, i really think MJ is above all but i think i'd have to take the new breed only because i really didnt see enough of Magic and Malone. Malone and Barkley were good player without being great for me. Certainly deserve to get their props but i think from a straight scoring point Lebron and co have it. Defence is a little closer but i still think with Bron, Dwight and Kobes D is tough to go past.
