Do you disagree, or just a sore point coz he didnt go to the Knicks?
I do disagree. Though I would have loved him to go to the Knicks it didn't really bother me that he didn't. For me it was the Cavs that forced his hand to leave by not giving him any tools to work with for 7 seasons or how ever long it was that he was there.

Agree, but may get more as there was already a precedent set last year with Bynum that these sort of plays are simply not on anymore. And with Stephenson coming out the next day and apologizing I figured that would be the end of it. I have no idea why Howard took it upon himself to escalate the situation, and then Pittmans actions today I think may extend past 6 game suspension.
So now, all that is left is for one of the Indiana bench (Psycho T perhaps) to take out Lebron or Wade in Game 6, and then stand over him and give him a wink. You better be ready biatches, Psycho T is comin for ya

Just to clarify, I think it deserves >5 games but as shown with what they did with Ron "I'm changin my name back "Artest, I don't think he will get more. And if he does, it's double standards.

Not sure how Cavs could finish with league best record two seasons running without having some decent tools to work with. My opinion is Lebron knows he wont win a ring with a team that doesnt have at least one other awesome player, as Lebron knows deep down that he just doesn't have the "kahunas" to be a Champion, and to win one, he will have to rely on someone else, enter Wade.

You may be right, but I cant help but think that the league wants to clear this sort of stuff up totally, and it reality, this is one of the worst offenses of the 3, because with the other two, Barea and Harden were right in the players area, whereas Pittman pretty much had to go across half the lane to get to Stephenson. In my mind the pre-meditation required for this makes Pittmans contact alot worse, even though the actual physical contact may have been the least of the 3. It will be interesting to see which way the league goes with this, do they go with precedent, or do they make an example, especially due to the prior "confrontations" involved in this Pacer-Heat series.
Of course he can't win it himself, what player could? Didn't they also have the leagues worst(if not close to it) record when he left? Every year in almost every sport in the world players move teams to give themselves a better chance of winning, after all that is the aim of sport.
I think this though is a never ending debate. So I'll agree to disagree
But..... as a bench rider, that is probably the best impact he can gave! To try and get in the head of the other team. Why not?? Wade is taking out Collison and getting away with it! Why not try something dirty of your own back at them!

I see it that Miami are mentally weak. Juwan Howard has won nothing his whole career. No doubt he's been solid at times but he's certainly no tough guy. Totally agree what Lance did was pretty dumb, you just don't do that from the bench. If you're on the court, yeah, give em hell.
Howard upped the anti when it was over (Lance did apologise).
Is Lebron really that much of a wimp that he needs guys to go after other guys because of a choke sign? How soft. I can't wait unitl someone actually takes him out in the air.
Pittman is a chump, but every team needs a guy that will dish out shots. That was'nt a smart one because it is blatant. I'm thinking 2-3 games he'll get. There's plenty of replays and the wink was dumb.
It's a real shame the Pacers have injuries now. Hope they can still snake game 6. I'd say I'd love to see them injure Howard but is there any point??? He's rubbish and would help the team by being outside of the stadium anyway.
