2012 Champions Box Missing Showtime Holochrome

Hi Guys, I just finished opening a box of 2012 Champs today and i'm 1 Showtime Holochrome short of the Ratios on the packets. Has anyone else had this happen also I did get a Blank card no printing on either side in one pack where the inserts normaly are.
Is this something I should go to select about?
your feedback would be great.

I don't know NRL mate, but it would make sense to email them if you can. Cant hurt!

I have later found inserts or missing commons stuck to the back of another card. The blank is a bit unusual for 2012. In 2011 I would expect a blank card

I know some inserts i have busted open have been sticking to a common cards and it looks thick. So i slowly peel back the card and it's usually a insert.

I would take a pic and send to select or call them direct.

No Blank cards are not normaly in them.

No I do double check for cards sticking together so its not that.

Ok so i sent an email off to Select yesterday letting them know of what happened.
Today I got an email back asking for my address so i think i'm getting a replacment .

Wow that's surprising, I expected you'd get a response along the lines of "Stated ratios are indicative of entire production run, there is no guarantee each box will contain cards to this ratio."

That is surprising. I've been gipped plenty of times before. Last season i opened a box of 2011 Champions and got ZERO rookie cards. Supposed to be 4 in a box! '09 Champions i only got one DT card in a case when there is supposed to be two.

So far i have opened 4 cases of 2012 Champions and the only discrepancy in ratios is i've got one less Rookie Standout than ratios suggest and one extra Try Machine.

At the time i thought that it was a major issue and worth pursuing. I wasnt involved in the share so i didnt really care but i was shocked at the whole situation.

Ok just an update I recieved my card from Select today good news it was a Showtime but bad news not Broncos more bad news its the Warriors willing to trade it for Broncos?

Also the card never came in a top loader. It came in a Select plastic pocket wallet with a bit of card board with it. Is this normal?

Yep, that's how they send out all their cards...unless there is upwards of 50 and they'll send it in a 50-count+ box

ha complaining about a $10 card with no top loader. Its better when they send $500+ cards in just a penny sleeve.
