Need help with an exquisite 1/1 price??

Tough one, These kind of 1/1 don't really excite me coz they're not that different to the player sets that are in this years Exquisite.

I woulda thought 500-600. But for me a 1/1 really needs to be special. The guy is clearly dreaming on that price.
