Better to sell NBA on Ebay.com (USA) it attracts more buyers as it does not appear in the international listings.

Postage is your choice, you can choose to go ~$4 for normal postage or $20 for tracking.
It easier if you put your postage info in your item description, because Ebay.com postage can be a bit tricky to work out.
