That's the problem, I placed a small bid to get it started and put my name underneath to show that I was bidding but my name has been removed and chris has bumped it up.

I can't prove what has happened but Is this wrong or have times changed where it's a free for all to do this, if so I'm happy to play that game.

I have my browser history as proof which shows the link to the card but that is going too far IMO.

All sorted, I've had a discussion with Matt/shawnbradleyfan and the impression I have now is that all people are to place their max bid and if that is beaten then so be it which I'm happy with but what's stopping the other person from overbidding out of spite and not owning up to it leaving you with a $100 bill over what you paid? screen shots will now be taken once I've made a bid.

Bridge built and thanks to Matt for making this all available, we would all be lost without him.

I guess you have to have faith that things aren't done out of spite. If it's not in spite it's fair I guess because different people will want the same things.

I think you're spot on that the smart approach then is to document what your max bid is, good to see it's all sorted though.

I was being unreasonable thinking first in best dressed because everyone is entitled to place a bid regardless so I will admit to being wrong and a d#ck. I also just found out that this account is used by other international sites so it's not just ozcards.

I think I will crawl back under my rock and say no more.
