Checkout mycards.com and beckett marketplace question

Anyone brought singles from the former or boxes/singles from the latter? If so do they follow the same packaging guidelines as us (bubble mailers, toploaders, penny sleeves)?

And would you go insured or uninsured post cause their is like a $30 difference?

You pay extra for comc for toploaders. Depends on the sellers on beckettmarket place but i have found no issues with either.

I've bought regular post and priority insured from both above.

You have to pay extra now for toploaders from COMC. If I buy a couple of high end it's top loaders for all, if its lower end stuff I buy 2 toploaders and they sandwich the others in between much like we do here. Have had some slow experiences with the regular post method but didn't mind if it was for a set chase, 2-3 weeks average. Priority was excellent service and I think it was actually less than was marked on the postage bag so they may have lost some on that method to AUS.


Beckett marketplace standard post for me arrived quite fast, I was surprised. $3, $4 or so average.
Paid $41 priority insured and it took like 10 days, not the best but arrived safe.

No bad experiences to speak of with either site for me, knock on my head

Have bought from COMC a few times and most were orders of 5-10 cards or more. Even if you don't select toploaders on ANY of the cards, they will include 2 and put the others in between them in just sleeves, then in team bags.

Have never had a problem with them either.

Personally find beckett marketplace cheaper and the postage cheaper and faster.

Yes. I don't think any logical, sensible card collector or seller would send in anything else.

Made a purchase via COMC only a few days ago, first time I've purchased any cards is a very long time, regular postage time was about 10 days, did request top loaders for all the cards (at .20c each really not an issue). All packed nice, in bubble mailers.

Very happy with the service and communication, kept me in the loop, emailed when the order was received, emailed confirming postage address and then emailed when the order was shipped. Cards were as expected, I'll buy from then again

/\ I agree. I bought two autos off COMC a couple of weeks ago, arrived safe and both were in top loaders but I didn't select to have top loaders . I posted how at the time my purchase history didn't update but they sent out emails when it was packed and shipped.

Arrived well packaged and in a bubble mailer. The cards were in excellent condition. I'd recommend them and buy from them again.

I have been buying for months and saving them until i had enough (COMC that is) and finally asked for them to be shipped at the beginning of the week. I got the email confirmation right away saying they were being prepared, but havnt had a shipped confirmation yet

Yeah i got the email advising order was being prepared and to please confirm postal address etc... then about 5 days later got the email telling me the order was shipped. Then it arrived 10 days after that.

For me getting stuff from the USA, at regular postage costs of about $4 i don't mind if it takes 2 weeks, just as long as it eventually arrives.

i have over 30 cards coming so has cost me over $8 to get em, but still very happy so far, great to get them all from the one place and still only pay postage once

Yeah Ive got 60+ cards waiting to be shipped from comc for the hardaway pc.
So much cheaper than picking them up individually from eBay.
And what I've found is that 90% of the sellers on there are more willing to
accept offers.
