Worth a neg??? What would you do?

Guys, I bought a stack of other cards which were all OK and kept them
I DID pay via paypal
and he HAS confirmed that he received the card.
He will end up with about 10 negs once I leave FB for all the items I bought

lol. that is a great tactic mate. so it pops up on the 1st page everytime.

have you gotten your refund yet or he still screwing you around. i would open up a case with paypal asap so you dont get stuffed around anymore than you already have

I tried this with a guy who won 36 auctions off me then screwed me over, I left 3-5 feedbacks every couple of days. eBay removed it, Sometimes within the hour if he reported it, sometimes the next day (not allowed negative comments in a positive rating), gave me a feedback warning, I kept doing it because I wasn't happy with their or paypals response so they suspended my account. Absolute joke, no seller protection.

Point of the story is, it's a great tactic if you want to warn people and don't mind possibly losing your account. In the end, within a month, he was 'no longer a registered user'

Hey guys, just an update. I finally got a refund after god knows how long he delayed. Just a stern email about the actions I was going to take was enough
