Cards Going for ridonkulous prices

This is at best a $300 card I did not really want to pay over $550 but bailed after I had got it to $620. All I can think of is that its either someone super rich or a company like Leaf getting ready for next years "Best of Basketball"

Wow wouldn't have expected that either. Could be a couple of hard core collectors out there who were going hard simply because this is probably his last year too. However it is a 1/1 so no one can say that they over or under paid.
