The thug returns home. They offered him the same contract before the start of the season but he knocked it. Funny things happen when your desperate i guess. Must be a pretty big hit to the ego to be playing for $40k.

Bennett must be the only coach in the nrl that could have pylled this off without protests from people. Has been recieved pretty positively listening to the radio on the way to work.

You might not win them in April but you can certainly loose them by then......

The Mason signing could be a master stroke or could be a sign of desperation given the Knight FRF stocks at the moment......I'm not going to second guess Bennett he's been right before......I'm happy to wait and see..... personally I'm glad Mason is back in the NRL playing for someone who isn't St George it's like watching a train wreck.............

Well talking about the Saints i think you should be worried they could not put he Knights away Friday night. They should have won by 30 easily.

Bennett is in panic mode, he has realised the Knight Dragons don't have the depth of their relatives the StGeorge Dragons so in the last few weeks he has picked up Albert Kelly and now Willie Mason, not to mention he has Tinkler heaping pressure on the Knight Dragons to win the GF, will be an interesting year for the Knight Dragons...
