Redemption replacement, how long?

Just wondering if anyone has any idea how long a response takes on getting replacements? Been a month, just curious.
 
You're supposed to send a letter explaining the reason behind the replacement. Supposedly they only do replacements for current series.
Sent them a damaged card last season with a letter explaining the damage. Got it back within 3 weeks from memory....
Shoot them an email, Carl?
 
I asked for it using my account in follow up requests cause I couldn't find any other way to do it. Thanks Jeff, might do just that and email them.

Find the 'Donruss' page and post on their wall that "I have not received a response for request number ###### and I am unable to call your customer service number as I am overseas"

That'll fix it ;)
 
As mentioned before in a few threads there is a new CS manager on the go over there absolutely tearing it up getting stuff out to people!

Thanks Rhys, I heard there was a new manager and left a message on their facebook page like Adam suggested, that didn't work.

Well I gotta say that the word about new management is true.. I got an email back this morning from David saying he has replaced the two cards I requested replacements for and organised my Tyreke to send out. What a champ, I'm thoroughly impressed.
 
I recieve my hassan whiteside Contenders patch redemption yesterday without even a notice. I'll have to get onto that e-mail and check what's going on with my other two redemptions.
