My Inspirational Weight loss Video!

Wow, I hop one day i could loos a lot of weight like you. Im fat and miserable and my friends, well not really friends, pay me out about it. This video really changed my mind on how my life is going. Now I am going to match what you did. I want to try and run a full marathon. I am only 12 and i weigh alot. It's time for me to change. Thank you bro :)
 
Amazing. I thought I was doing well, 30kgs in 12 months, but you inspired me to keep at it.

I am training to be a personal trainer and never thought running would be a fun part of my weekend.

I was 36, thought that I would always be big, it doesnt have to be.

great video mate and even great effort to complete that journey. My weight has been up and down for years but once quiting the smokes i have put back on the weight i lost the years before and now at that time i have to do something about it again. I only hope i can do half as good as u did mate. BTW eww on the bloody nipples....lol

Do you have any tips mate? What things did you eat? Did you do anything other than running? Trying to lose some weight myself and interested in any tips you might have mate :thumbsup:

Basically its all about excercise and food, try only eat 5 times a day and keep your portions and meals small and easy. Try eat 2 pieces of fruit and a few vegies each day and try keep away from sugar!
Aim for around 1200-1500 calories a day and you should be set, and excercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes will help the kg drop off. Running is a great way to do this. I only really ran and the odd time did a bit of work on a rowing machine or exercise but i found running more effective.
