Well it's finally hit the fan
1 lowlife did the old I didn't receive my item and didn't want registered post
As usual PayPal took his side and refunded his money
The credit card I had on file years ago is no longer valid so they want me to update it
No way

My account can stay in the negative

Im having fun as well.....have to reportedly wait up to 21 days for my payment of $500 US as my account hasnt had much activity (selling) in the past while. I have to wait despite my 500+ positive feedback and no disputes. Paypal sucks!

Yup!! That really sucks Steve!! They get the choice of regular or registered knowing exactly what they are doing. I'm simply not offering reg mail on anything over $30 or to Asia.

Matt, the 21 days SUCKS and makes NO sense!!!!! I had to wait the while 21 data for my money even after the buyer got card and left feedback after 12 days.... I rang PayPal and got hung up on twice for abusive language!!!!!! It's an absolute joke!! Have $108 waiting at the moment but had to shell out $40 on postage......!

My buyer got his card in 4 days and left feedback (EMS to USA) and im still waiting for payment to clear.....that was in March!

All about paypal gaining that bit more money in interest on your funds under the guise of "protection"

Paypal is a perfect example of how a company with the monopoly can screw over the public and get away with it because there's not viable alternative. Corporate BS win's again sadly..

Steve - My suggestion is to open a paypal account in Di's name and link that to your eBay account.

I have my PayPal account linked to two eBay accounts and my wifes eBay account.

The only problem is if you stay in the Negative I bet my bottom dollar they will start sending you letters adding fees each time......finishing with some collection agency.

Sorry to read this mate....the whole Registered post thing is BS but it only cost just over $3.00 so make your postage costs $4-5 and stipulate registered post. I have started doing with EVERYTHING over $50 to avoid exactly what has happened to you!

there is NO WAY a collection agency will chase up funds for paypal...never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever.....the problem isnt really paypal but ebay not allowing any other payment options and for us not being smart enough to come up with an alternative AAAAAAAAAAND the lack of peoples willingness to change if there is an option (not western digital either!)

I told the swine theres no way ide refund..
Didnt realise that paypal would do it regardless and then try to hit me up with $15 left in my account.
Its a pain....a big part of me being in the hobby is selling what i dont want and buying the odd jordan.

I can still buy with my mastercard on ebay...correct
They cant use those details to update my paypal can they ?

Paypal and ebay suck. I've been saying it for ages... I owe ebay money but they can get stuffed. I think we should all start taking the hardline stance and maybe they'll change their STUPID policies and behaviour

Have they gone beyond emails to try and get payment,
And are you still using ebay to purchace...if so ..how do you make payment
