EASTER EVENT - With Hellda, OZballer and jaredhead33!!!

Hey guys....

Me, OZballer and jaredhead33 are opening a big pile of sealed boxes (and a big pile of booze) on the 6th of April, Easter Friday Night. Not sure yet but I think there will be around 20 boxes between the 3 of us. Some of the highlights include.....

PLUS I have bought teams in a few box breaks of Gold Standard and Totally Certified which I am not watching until Easter Event!

I will get a complete list together on the day. If you look at my sig you will see links to some of the previous events we have had. As you will see, we normally pull something nice. This will be the first time I will be posting an event live.

At this stage I am thinking I will just post pictures of the hits from each box as we open them (sometimes we wont open a whole box at once, especially if it has multiple packs). However I will probably also film some of the 1, 2 or 3 pack boxes and post the break on photobucket straight away.

I am open to the idea of streaming box breaks live but am not too sure how to go about this (securely) and would like to hear peoples thoughts. Ie; can I use YouTube? Would Skype or MSN Messenger be easier?

Anyway theres no real point to this thread. Just thought it might spark some interest in a few collectors that may not have much to do on Easter Friday night (I know I usually dont). Also I know a lot of the cards pulled will be up for sale/trade immediately so it may pay to keep an eye on the live break thread to get in early.

So if your as excited as we are (probably not possible) lock the date in and please post thoughts on how we can improve the night, especially for those tuning in.

Late post here, little bit too exited ............

Well EASTER EVENT is almost upon us. No more boxes to buy, no more breaks to preview, its all about to start. Unfortunately I have had some early disappointment with my box of 09/10 Elite not arriving on time, even though it was posted from the US on the 16th of March! With a public holiday tomorrow it looks like I will be missing out. Which is bad news considering out of the 3 of us, I have the least amount of boxes to open

Not to worry though! I am just as excited about seeing what my mates can hit as I am about my own stuff. Plus I still have some nice products to break. So those that are interested please tune in around 5.00pm (Adelaide time) for a full list of sealed boxes, packs and other surprises that we will be opening on the night, followed by live breaks! I will start a new thread in the Live Box Breaks section for this. Remember that many of the cards pulled tomorrow night (actually tonight technically speaking) will be up for trade and sale. I will be listing the major hits and posting photographs of the really nice cards.
