I placed another order with them last wednesday paying the full amount only to be told again that my payment was short US$25 dollars - yet again. I've e-mailed my store rep providing evidence that the full amount was paid and asking for evidence proving otherwise and have also contacted customer service about the issue. So everyone be aware that this is going on. It's really got me peeved.

I've got three possible thoughts - bank fees on their end, hidden transaction fees on their end or my rep - Brian Benson - is sifting aside $25 for himself. I'd like to think it's not that, however.

I've had 3 shipments from DA in the last 3 weeks all around the $750 mark. Not a problem and I've never had an issue with them.

I think you're a bit rough on the third possibility Jason.

Never had an issue either, strange. Must be something to do with method of payment. Fees, FX maybe?

Jared, I'm paying via bankwire. Andrew, like I said - I'd like to think it's not the third option.

I'd dare say thats your problem. Why not ask them how much are the fees they are being charged ?

About the 3rd option, you're thinking the guy is taking $25 off your order every single time and noone else. That sounds really plausible - no wonder the guy hates you.

bank wire take about 20-30 fees depending on company.

Good thing with paypal is that it is upfront with fee charges.

Brian is my rep as well and he i very helpful. The chances of option 3 being the one is 0.000000001%.

Found out today it is fees - with their bank. Funny thing is (and I mentioned this in my reply to Brian) that it's funny these fees have only been in effect since march this year because I had an order in January and there were no fees. I also mentioned that dacardworld should know about this fee and they should be incorporating it into their payment system rather than let this sort of shamozzle happen. Essentially, it's their issue - not mine.
