Ive been screwed by him also he purchased $300 worth of cards off ebay then never payed replied after 4 weeks claiming to be sick and lost his job. This is going back 6-12 months.
He also made a deal on here backed out last minute and reported me for swearing at him. You will all find it hard to keep track of his different names and by the time you realize he is not going to pay its to late.

Sorry to hear Chris! I still have no idea why this guy is doing what he's doing. Makes no sense and a waste of time.

Also, does anyone know how I can confirm that someone's ebay and account on OCT are one and the same?

Got an offer on ebay from a user who has the same username as someone on OCT (both brand new to both sites and 0% feedback), except with 2 more numbers on the end, but OCT members denies this is him (I'm having serious doubts).

Yeah, I have that clearly stated in my terms and conditions for users with less than 10 feedback to contact me before buying or bidding (due to previous experience). This guy didn't do either, so straight up rejected his lowball offer.

More interested cause there is a OCT member with a very very similar username. Both are new to ebay and OCT, creating accounts around the same time and both have 0 feedback. Dealt with the OCT member before the ebay offer came up, so my suspicions were raised. When I asked if it was him, he denied it, despite the similar username. Most of his story, I find hard to believe, so interested to see if I can gather more conclusive evidence.

Let's look at some facts since Tahlia wants to argue.

First fact. Ebay account is in Tahlia's name.

Second Fact. Payment was not received. As per below.

Unless you mum was stupid enough to call both her sons Tahlia, i'm not buying it. And from the above evidence neither did you.

His photos are on his facebook page and were downloaded from a status that was set to public. So therefore they are a matter of public record. Anything posted on the net is such unless he has copyright over such photos. That i doubt he has as anyone in the public domain does not bother to do so. Hasn't got a leg to stand on. Frankly he is just pissed that his name is being passed around and that others are becoming aware of his reputation. No one on here has said anything that could be considered as slander or threatening, merely stating their experiences dealing with him. The 'fact' that some people have ridiculed his likeness as similar to 'booger' cannot be considered slander either as we have not been threatening merely derogatory and in this day and age that is perfectly legal under freedom of speech. Can a politician sue a newspaper publication for a amusing cartoon? Or how about a celebrity for a joke told on television? No they can't an neither can he.

Fair call Matty83, i shall msg Tahlia and apologize for considering her male. That was merely me being thick and nothing more. She seems to get along with people on here well enough and on here i haven't had any run ins with her on this site. My gripe was to highlight that her account had done the same thing to some extent as the person she was commenting on. For the record she has stated that her brother was responsible for the issue brought up and for the sake of keeping peace with a member of OCT i shall believe her at her word. I dare say however that her brother may have copped an earful from her already.

Whatever the mods do is cool, they need to protect the site first and foremost but SGDN is completely correct here, once you personally put something in the public domain you don't have a leg to stand on... Its not "discrimination" if your exposed for being a piece of shit

Matty we truly appreciate all that Mods like yourself do to run this site and keep it running. On behalf of everyone i also would like to thank-you for clearly sticking up for OCT members and not allowing this 'person' membership on this site and allowing us to keep this thread open for all to be aware of his actions. The community must stick together and as i have seen on here time and time again, most of us care about other people collection's and do everything to help, not hinder. People like Mr. Woollard are the exception and no one deserves the hassles this person cause time and time again.

Matt don't do it or believe him. After him buying another card from me on a different account and lying to me stating he was not Michael and indeed Michael's mother and that he was still in school he came back again and bought another card last night!!!!!! Note i have had to open another dispute with this person again and i'm quite sure will have to again with the other card in four days as well. Both accounts are now banned and he is clearly lying through his teeth. I am merely letting these issues run their course so i can take action with evidence through ebay and hopefully get some kind of action permanently taken.

Michael since you are clearly reading this, you have no one to blame but yourself. Grow up and take accountability for your actions.

I am so very sorry for lying to you.
You don’t deserve that kind of behavior from me and I know better than to act that way. And i feel embarrsassed and ashamed of my actions.

You have every right to be hurt and upset with me, I would be the same if I were your place. I promise I am quitting collecting cards. And i am planning on closing my mr_afl account by the end of the week once i send out all the sales i sold. (thekanga2 account is honest to god my mums account)
I know you probably don’t trust me right now and i dont blame use. Im not asking for forgiveness i am just writing you this to say im sorry, i am 20 years of age and i should no better and trust me i will learn from this mistake.

The real reason for not paying for the items was i simply did not have the funds to pay for the cards when i thought i did.

Like i said you dont have to forgive me but i am really sorry. Good luck with your collecting and you will not hear from me again on this site
