Hi fellow Ozcarders as you know ebay these days does very little to protect the seller, instead choosing to protect the buyer at all costs. We can't leave negative feedback, when they don't pay and when a dispute is closed we still have to pay another fee to re-list and only get a refund if it sells even if by then we have missed the boat figuratively speaking of course. Yes it's a hard, harsh world. Thank god for OZCard members!!!!
I wanted to bring one particular nasty customer to light.

This particular buyer purchased 12 items from us, totaling over 500.00 in sales through buy it now auctions. By the time we were demanding our money it was two weeks since the first purchase. About a week in when he kept adding to the total we asked him when we could expect payment to which he repied "a few days" when it came to a week later and still no payment we contacted this seller over three days pleading with him to contact us, to no avail not a word and then no payment and cases closed.All the while he is paying for other items each and every day.
Well we thought we had seen the last of this bloke until last night we sell an item to thekanga2 and guess who????
Yep Michael. We contact him and tell him we are very upset with the way he handled the situation last week and if he contacted us and assured payment he could have the item. Guess what? no reply.
Have a look at what other fellow ebayers have to say in the last fortnight about this bloke.

Truth is we dare say mr_afl has been suspended so he is jumping ship to thekanga2
do yourself a favour and block this guy now. We have only highlighted the negative feedback and our situation but almost everything this guy buys is paid 2 or 3 weeks down the track. He is a serial offender and the only way he will learn is the hard way.
I had no intention of carrying the first issue any further however after realizing last night he has returned under a different alias and going back into his old account i feel everyone on here has the right to know about this bloke. If ebay can't protect us we must protect each other.

P.S we just spoke to ebay regarding this, they are about as helpful as an a**hole on a elbow. Figures.
