People owed redemptions would be a fair way down the pecking order I imagine. It's more likely that remaining cards would be sold off to pay large creditors, rather than individuals......but doesn't mj have a massive in stake in UD? A couple of $m here or there to keep the doors open is nothing...probably just duck out to the car and get it from his ash tray!
ROFLMAO that is GOLD, you really should read the witness ( mcwilliams) deposition ( from around page 21)
lol, he claims he cant read,
whe asked what he does ( for a job) he answers "I wake up."
when asked "do you have a position within the UD company?" answer, "yeah when i wake up"
after readin thru it, yeah me thinks as long as that tool has any form of control or representation of the company they have no chance of lasting much longer.
The link below is a reminder of the process Fleer had to go through to deal with their redemption card holders.....

Wow - thats a hell of a read. You would not think UD can last with that sort of leadership.Way behind the times they are getting sued every second week, this one is amusing http://cconnect.s3.amazonaws.com/wp...McWilliam-Deposition-Abdul-Jabbar-3-12-12.pdf
Haha yeah would be great!Wow - thats a hell of a read. You would not think UD can last with that sort of leadership.
I would love to see the video of the deposition.
Just noticed the buybacks for fleer retro 11-12 release. So all UD have to do is buyback all their old cards and insert them into packs. NBA license problem solved? .... I kid !
You kid....... while UD lawyers investigate!
