I think Daglish was/is needed to add stability and hope for the club after what it has been through, i consider this a rebuilding season, next season it won't be good enough, but in saying that a Carling Cup victory, possible FA Cup-down to the last 4 so far, is better than nothing, some silverware is better than nothing...

just read hes now stable in the cardiac unit. reminds me a little of len bias...minus the cocaine (hopefully).

does anyone actually rate dalglish this time round? if he considers a carling cup and 7th place to be a succesful season for a club as big as liverpool then...

bolton are discussing dropping out of the FA cup, which i think is a bit much. no player is bigger than his club, and life needs to go on.
why not play for him instead of giving up...?
after the '58 munich disaster united went on to make the FA cup final.

Spurs Doctor..

muamba's heart is now beating without the aid of meds/machine. he has movement in his arms and legs and has even spoken very, very briefly to family members. looking alright at the minute, but long term prognosis is still not good...

at 24 years old leo messi has just broken the barca goal scoring record with his 20th career hat-trick (7th this season). unbelievable. any arguement over who the best player in the world is? i doubt it...

Could not believe that when i read it. If he can add a world cup won to the resume might go down as the best ever.

City win 2-1 against Chelsea this morning.. now back to 1 point behind United
QPR come from 2-0 down to beat Liverpool 3-2
Van der Vaart scores the late equaliser against Stoke to draw 1-1.

I am hoping that at some stage during Kenny Dalglish's tenure he praises the opposition, but I am not holding my breath. Fair dinkum, from 2-0 up to 2-3 down in 14 minutes has nothing to do with "bad luck".

Kenny has (deservedly) an immeasurable number of credits in the bank after Hillsborough, but football-wise he is losing respect very quickly......I am no longer sure what he actually stands for. A liverpool win, draw or defeat under his Management leaves me with a neutral feeling....just doesn't feel like a proper club at the moment.

“It’s not a lack of concentration, Give them [QPR] a bit of credit too.” Kenny Daglish.
