But the biggest thing was the owner didnt let the inspectors into the garage/shed! We specifically asked for it to be checked, and the agent wouldnt allow it! So we are going to crack some skulls tonight...

Got a letter from the agent which had 3 major ****ups, so got those fixed.

Make sure you get the inspection done properly....there would be noting worse than getting in there and finding that something was wrong!!

Seems very strange that they wouldnt let you in there??

well we got everything sorted, and we'll hand over the cheque by end of the week...

we got some goss from the neighbours though...apparently bikies lived there about 15 years ago, and they got busted in a drug raid!
