Hmmmm good read. Will be interesting to see what happens.

If Durant signed those stickers before he signed the contract with Panini (which seems to be what happened if they were destined for UD) im not sure how they can stop Leaf from using them. Im no legal expert though!
 
That appears very stupid...... alledgedly saying unless you pay for them ill release them for free (which would damage the Panini brand and exclusive agreement).

My thoughts would be that if the agreement was expired between Durant and Upperdeck they would have to destroy the stickers or at least not use them until he was contracted with them again (if ever).
 
Yeah I guess that would depend on what was in the UD contract which is not included.

Your right though - pretty silly of Leaf. Just trying to send an F.U. to Panini i guess.
