what does ATO.REF mean

I did mention X-Fractors, but then I had to think about the refractor design and realised the atomics would more like the elusive superfractors of today in look whereas the x-fractors are more like the 96-97/97-98 finest silver refractors. As to the odds for atomics.... a base atomic was one per box (base set parallel for bowman's best) and the others were as hard as 1 in every four boxes - so still easier to get than the superfractors.
