There is another team in the AFL this year to make 18 so that would be why there is more cards in the packets ....

I don't mind the look of them.

So the stickers are the new parallel set.

It's a shame they only did 9 of the triple centurions.

Im a bit bummed theres no "one per several boxes" insert.

But hey, at least theyve tried something new, and we dont get any oversized heads!

I have to mention, though, a few months ago we had a thread about ideas for what Select should do in 2012.... one of my ideas was a 'Try Machine" card like Dynamic did in S2 1994. Maybe they DO listen!

There is no 1:72 prize card like there is in the AFL series and im not sold on these sticker cards.

The sticker cards seem like the alternative to the Parallels..... im not sure if theres a use for whats peeled off, but you end up with a nice gold card.

Got me a copy of RLW too - I'm very happy that the 2012 Champions set has Team Logo cards for the first time ever! I hope the sticker/gold card parallels aren't too difficult to peel and re-stick. That is, if they should be peeled at all... I may keep them as they are.

The try machines are a good idea but it doesn't take much to be considered one, just be in the top 50.

Your right girds - if your team signed a player in the offseason there is NO card of them.

And the base cards look pretty plain to me too. They will be good for you guys chasing sigs though.
