Panini Website Help Needed

Hi guys,

just got an email saying one of my request has been "updated"
Logged in to find it was one that i already have receieved.

Now i should have a open request as i only opened one about 3 weeks ago.

my question to you guys is,

Can i find a history of all my request and what thier status is?

When ya logged into your account go to 'My Account' from there you should be able to go to the drop down list under the heading 'My Requets' the card you have received should be under 'Closed Requests' the one you opened 3 weeks ago should be under 'Open Requests' if not you should prob do a 'New Request' again

Login and then hover over the "my requests" part up the top it will bring up a subemenu and you will see a "closed request" submenu click on that and it will show everything they have posted/closed including shipping details!

The request I did 3 weeks ago does not show up anywhere and the redemption card has gone. Used it for protection on some cards that I sent out.

OOO Do you know who it was or any details? You may be able to try and get onto them to see if they can help you out, not sure how that will go mate. I suggest next time to hold onto the redemption card until you get the card from them. Hope all works out for you mate

Yeah got it from eBay so I know who and what it was. Might check when I get home cheers boys
