Kobe has always thought he is MJ... interesting images

I think when it comes to the GOAT argument that opinions are always subjective, and that being said, my opinion is that MJ is clearly the best ever.

personally think this is a stupid topic and everyone can find vaild arguements for who is the greatest and who is better etc etc...
kobe is my fav player and i have always been a huge fan, but comparing and saying who is better doesnt make sense really, different times, surruonded by different players, lots of different circusmstaces, yeah you can say shaq was instrumental in the first 3, but take pippen away from jordan and would he have won 6 championships still? maybe, maybe not...its subjective and really you can put a number of different players into the equation...such as:
magic johnson....5 rings, could really play any position well and had awesome all round ability
kareem abdul jabbar...scored more points than anyone...that says something1
bill russell....probably the best defensive player ever and has 11 rings....i think this makes for a pretty good arguement!
wilt chamberlain...dominated like no other big man has, scored 100 points in a game, averaged 50pts a game in a season, who else has ever done that! oh yeah and he had sex with 20, 000 women, only a number of playes will score that in points in their career, let alone filling that many tacos....
so there you have it, who is the best??? you decide, but if you have to argue that much and someone held a gun to my head and made me blurt a name it would be...sam bowie? adam morrison? michael olowokandi? greg oden? nah.....the black cat number 23 probably is the best, if you have to have a "best"....

My opinion may get people fired up, especially LeBron haters, but personally I think LeBron is better that both, based on game as opposed to career achievements because LeBron career obviously isn't over yet.

Firstly, I can't really have a huge opinion on MJ as he was before my time. I watch old games and I just don't see it. Sure, he's got the six rings and what not but with several hall of famers surrounding him. It was inevitable. Plus, Robert Horry's got 7.

Secondly, I can't deny Kobe's got game. But, I really just don't like the way he goes about his business on the court. Sure he can put up 40-45 whenever he feels like it. He ain't a team player though.

Let's look at the stats,

LeBron James - Career Stats
27.7ppg 7.1rpg 7.0apg 1.7spg 0.9bpg

Kobe Bryant - Career Stats
25.3ppg 5.3rpg 4.7apg 1.5spg 0.5bpg

Michael Jordan - Career Stats
30.1ppg 6.2rpg 5.3apg 2.5spg 0.8bpg

Now, LeBron leads Kobe in every stat, not to mention MVP awards and leads Jordan in 3 of the 5 there.

Just my two cents, let the LeBron hating begin!

Why do they count it assists when Kobe only Passes it to Himself?;)

Well personally i think MAR$WAAAAG BROOKS is better

Career stats: 15.4 ppg, 4.6 boards, 1.6 dimes, 1.1 steals, 0.4 blocks.

LOL

But seriously you cant deny Jordan's stats/rings/greatness.. the dude will always be the man.

Bron and Kobe arent even close.

just my two cents...I think picking these photos from thousands taken every season, many players would look like MJ. Anyone who can shoot, dribble or dunk with a little style can look the same on other photos.
but seeing the numbers/stats, Kobe is on a good way really (almost) becoming the next MJ...at least sort of...
