Shane Watson i think may miss the Whole Test Series. I'd Keep the Squad unchanged except maybe Harris for Lyon. But i do hope for the Adelaide test that Nathan Lyon at leasts plays.

So if Harris and Watson are fit to play, it is going to be a really interesting selection meeting!

The way James Pattinson throws himself into his work it is probably no surprise that he has a stress fracture already, good to see that the selectors are going to look after him.

Which will probably mean no Mitchell Starc

Madhatter, You say Hussey has had a lengthy dry spell before this series, I think you're forgetting that "lengthy" dry spell is the two test matches against South Africa and New Zealand

Before those 4 test matches, Australia played Sri Lanka in a 3 test match series and Huss was Man of the Match in all 3 matches and of course man of the series.

Dry enough for the great Mr Cricket...

I'd defiantly swap Patto for Harris and then either Starc for Lyon or keep a spinner as you never know when one might come in handy.

I'd go with Starc. Lyon isn't going to be suited to the pitch maybe the extra bounce might go in his favour but if we need someone to bowl a few overs of spin then Clarke can bowl or even Hussey.
