Paypal...huh?

So I just transferred some money into my Paypal account, hoping to pay everyone finally who I have deals with on OzCard. Now what do I get hit with. Confirmation stuff and documents to be uploaded?

Account access has been limited so now I can't even transfer money to people. So Paypal has basically limited my access after transferring the money from my bank account, after I've confirmed both bank account and debit card details? How does that make any sense when I've been able to transfer money before I deposited? Proof of name and date of birth now? Not when I make an account but now? **** off.

I'm just pissed and a bit annoyed. Apologies also to everyone I have deals with at the moment too. I hope I can get this **** sorted out quickly but I'll send each of you a PM shortly.

Its been too long since I opened my account but I dont remember any of that. From memory they just sent 1c to my bank account then I needed to tell them how much and when they sent it. That confirmed my bank account was mine. The name and address I cant remember ever verifying but it might have been via the bank account.

Neither, I did it before for my mum. This time I have confirmed both the bank account and the debit card with the little deposit amounts and then this pops up. Guess Paypal can go play with my money for 5 days.

Another reason why I'm glad I do netbank deposit as opposed to pay pal.
