Hi guys,
Long story short, I was going through a box of my old collectables from when I was younger at home and I had totally forgotten about this item.
The story is in 1993 a person who was involved with our local junior cricket team passed away and there was a benefit night held for him. It was hosted by Ray Hadley and there were many items like this up for sale.
This was purchased for me by my mum as a present (I was 13 at the time) and it was donated by Cricket NSW.
Now I know the signature is legit and I think at worst it is a game issued jersey (hence the long sleves - cant remember them selling long sleeves in stores). It does show some use on the lettering and does have some marks on the shirt so im not sure if it is game worn or not? I really dont know. There isnt a name or number on the back which is consistent with the card I found as well (see below). It is a small size.
Anyone have any idea of what something like this would go for? Either way i wont be selling it just thought I would share it here!
Cheers
Matt
