This has just come to my attention (while taking a leak at 5-2-midnight) I have pondered...

Why do companie's release Exclusive Only players?

Gone are the days of pulling a Topps Base MJ, or Upper Deck Base AI....

Wouldnt you think, that if they released these players globally they'd have more chance of havining the "shit" when it comes to highend stuff.

Rather than ONLY being able to pull an MJ Exquisite.

I personally think this sucks ass, considering the "average" collector cannot afford a box of Exquisite, not alone a BASE CARD!!!!!!

I think it SUCKS!!!! Not that my thoughts count, just felt like expressing my feelings!

Im pretty sure all current NBA players can appear in any brand BASE set, its the retired players and jersey/auto cards where players can be contracted to one company.

Correct! There are still LeBron base Topps cards (and in fact a LeBron insert in Finest this year)
