I have heard that it was never correctly made. The story that I heard was that the Mills cards were incorrectly produced with Juwan Howard on the picture (how the heck was that not picked up???) and Mills therefore never signed any of them. Feel free to correct me if this is wrong (as I say, this is just what I have heard, from two seperate collectors, so it may be true lol)
If it is out there, I want one as well, as this is one of the few cards in that RC Auto set that I dont have.
