Hey there all....

This is a first for me but today in my mailday I was sent the wrong auto...

I bought a Gerald Green Ultimate Signature and was sent a Gerald Green Topps First Row Signature Dish....

BV wise I lose out on 5US.... the Signature Dish is /190 though....

Ive sent an email and waiting on a response!

Has this happened to anyone before...? What happened...!

I also bought a KG Card and the back of the card is not exactly fantastic condition wise....?? This guy is begging for a neg or neutral... lets see how he handles it..!!

Is this from this site or ebay or somewhere else?

Have never had this happen to me but have heard about it happening to others off ebay

put in a paypal claim, although you will probably have to send the card you received back.

Had it happen not once, but twice.

Bought a Josh Howard, and something else arrived, they told me to keep it, and they sent the Howard.

Also happend to a Harris. Got the wrong one. Again, they let me keep the mistake, and they sent the correct one.

Just wait for a response, you'll probably find it was just an accident.

yep, Ive had it happen too...

I kept the card and got a full refund, it took me ages to find another of the card I originally won though!

Hey here is the latest email he sent... Finally got a response.....

Hello,

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. We just had to switch our internet service and it hasn't been working too great over the past day or two.

I am terribly sorry about both cards and I would like to do whatever I can to make this right. I do have the Ultimate COllection auto here and I would be more than happy to send it out to you if you would be willing to send back the Topps Auto. I will also make sure to pay for whatever it costs you to send the card back to me.


As for the Garnett, I am sorry about that as well. If you want to keep the Garnett, I will gladly refund $1.00 of the payment so that you can still keep the card. If that does not work for you, you can send the garnett back with the Green Auot and I will refund your payment in full for that card.

once again, I am sorry about all of this. Please let me know how you would like to proceed and we will figure this whole thing out.

I think you should give him a chance, it was clearly an accident, and as to the KG, he acknowledges that while the condition may have passed his tests, it hasn't passed yours and he is offering a refund. I think you should just do what you need to do to get your cards, but not negative him, seems very cooperative.

At least your getting te right card in the end which is good to hear, he's willing to pay for the full postage on both ends which is what I'd expect.

Oh yeah thanks for the comments fellas.... after I read it I was happy with how he handled it actually good to see a genuine ebay seller...So ill work it all out and send the green back might as well keep the KG for the 1US
