Write an Ebay Guide for $$$

Just wondering if anyone else has done this?? The first 1800 people to write a 300 word Ebay guide (on just about any topic relating to Ebay you want) were supposed to get a $5 off postage Paypal voucher. Also they had a few $1000 prizes.
I wrote one and haven't heard a thing.
