I've wondered about GUs. When they don't specify that it was worn by a particular player (a la SP GUs), it pretty much means it was worn by some random dude, right?

Because I notice Upper Deck sometimes says '... worn by Corey Maggette (or whoever) in an official NBA game' and sometimes says '... worn in an official NBA game.' But who wore it? Paul Shirley on the bench?
