Wilkins Spurs Patch !?

This one popped up on the feebay few days ago, ripper of a patch but....
If this is supposed to be off a spurs Jersey then where?
I have looked at the Spurs Jersey front and back and there is no blue anywhere except on the lining inside collar.
Anyone got any ideas?

I've seen that green/blue colour on the late 1990s Spurs logo - but certainly not on the jersey

looks like part of the logo itself.

Same card (obviously different number) same teal color....

Pretty much every patch, of this card from this set has that blue on it.

logged in to touch base after a while. Does it say actual jersey is used or warmup?

im assuming when they say game worn material warmups may be included if so the only thing i can think of are these
