hi all im just wondering who picks the prices on all the cards i look on ebay nd there all diff prices some more then others

Say again, who picks the prices? Ebay is an auction site, so people bid which push the prices up, which gives you an end result for a sold value.

Some people list auctions (say cards) at different starting values, some list them via auction or Buy-Now price.

Market Value (completed listings) usually indicate a true value of an item.
