Which season are these posters from ???? Team Experts needed

I have a few posters I am trying to identify what season they are from. Any help from club experts would be greatly appreciated. Pictures below:

Souths 1999 Easts 1996 I think these are correct, someone else may know better

For the Souths poster I'm more inclined to say 1998 as the NRL logo was surrounded by a larger background while for 1999 it was a more streamlined logo.

We'll simple one mark Carroll came back to souths in 1999 because of homesickness from being in England with the London broncos !
