Which One Touch for my Preferred Booklet?

Hi guys looking at finally buying one of the loooong one touches for my Panini Preferred Booklet and wonder if any of you guys know which size is the best. I've seen that there is a 130pt 185mm and a 155pt 187mm one, just wondering if you know which fits best.

Here is a picture of the beauty...Chandler jersey #'d I might add

Either will fit it, but the 185mm will be the better fit, the 187mm is about 5mm longer than the booklet.
