when do you take it out of the folder and into a harder case?

but 9 pocket pages are pretty good if you keep them in good dry, non sunlight exposed place.. coz my cards from 95 were still in great condition, i kept it in the folder, never opened again for like 6+ years... in dry place LOL

i didn't view the folder again in 6+ years.. but some cards that kept in shoe box got all dust and some cards were a bit moist and turned a bit of yellow colour.
